TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • Eligibility: The online Gamethon organized by Career Design School is open to students of class 11th and 12th, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Registration: Registration for the Gamethon is free of charge and must be completed individually by each participant. The last date for registration is 20th April, 2024.
  • Game and Mode: The main game for the competition will be Valorant, and the game mode will be Deathmatch.
  • Platform: Participants are required to play the game on their own laptop or PC.
  • Promotion: Each player will have only one match to compete. The number of players promoted to the next level will be determined based on the total number of participants.
  • Match Format: Each match will consist of 12 players.
  • Live Broadcast: The Gamethon will be aired live on YouTube for viewers to watch.
  • Fair Play: Participants are expected to uphold the principles of fair play and sportsmanship throughout the competition. Any form of cheating or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Technical Issues: Career Design School will not be held responsible for any technical issues experienced by participants during the competition, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems or game client issues.
  • Decision: All decisions regarding the competition, including but not limited to match outcomes and promotion criteria, will be at the discretion of Career Design School and will be final.
  • Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards fellow competitors, organizers, and viewers at all times.
  • Liability: Career Design School shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants during the course of the competition.
  • By registering for the Gamethon, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the terms may result in disqualification from the competition.
